Richard W Smith has multi-faceted experiences that include more than 30 years as an insurance professional. During this time he held various positions with a well known Kentucky company. While there Richard completed his CPCU, MBA and his Juris Doctorate. Many of his responsibilities included the management of files in litigation, consulting and working with the defense lawyers and attending/participating in mediations as a way to bring about resolutions to the disputes. He brings a unique and varied perspective to his legal practice and a small town approach to helping others solve complex problems.
